Now a days we have so many ways for input!!

The Inputs!

Chat programs:

  • Slack

  • Ryver

  • Skype
  • Jabber
  • Spark
  • etc…


Social Media:

  • Twitter

  • Facebook
  • Linkedin

  • Instagram
  • Snapchat
  • etc…


  • Work
  • Personal
  • Organizations
  • Hobby
  • etc…

Phone / Voice Mail:

  • Work phone
  • Personal Phone

My Issue

  • This is my personal struggling
  • I’ve tried numerous things over the years.
  • I get distracted way too easily

What have I tried that hasn’t worked

  • Limiting / Filtering Notifications
  • Shutting off all notifications period
  • Set up time slots each day to dedicate to the “inputs”

What I currently do:

  • For My Phone
  • For My Computers (Hint, I have an “Input” VM)
